We undertake very comprehensive Preliminary studies. However, we are also open to very specific Audits in case the study has already been done

2. Feasibility Study

• Based on Client briefings, we carry out studies of client and user requirements, site conditions like permitted usage, topography, access, etc, planning and design regulations, planning approvals required & optimum cost and time values and submit Inception Report.
• Prepare Design Brief and assist client in the appointment of Architects/Consultants.
• Coordinate with the appointed Architects/Consultants for development of the brief, preparation of Scheme/Concept design and preliminary Cost/Time estimates.
• Arrange to obtain as necessary, Field Surveys and other investigation reports like geo technical investigation, right of way, establishing of correct boundaries thro appropriate agencies.

3. Detailed design

• Upon approval of the scheme design, coordinate with the Architect/Consultant for completion of design and detailing of all components of the project by way of Drawings and Specifications.
• Take part in all discussions with the authorities and assist in obtaining of all statutory approvals for the project from all concerned.

4. Tender and award of work

We can be a trusted advisor to the client in all the material and vendor selections, providing valuable technical and financial advice and recommendations

• Support in preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
